This is an entirely new style metal powder menufactured from aluminium
foil which is processed like a mirror surface and the Brilliance
and reflection performance improved foil is made into powder under
maximum precision, It is an angle wise flake with such piece having
metallic luster of Jewel-Like glisten and uniformed particles.
A special film which act to protect the particle mirror surface
and the colorful coloring and baking treatment is given. This covered
film has a superior character of heat resistance, lightfastness,
solvent resistance and knead in synthetic resin etc. Which create
new fields for metallic color and expand the infinite possibilities. |

- Unlike conventional metallic pigments, Diamond Piece Particles
are actually colored. Depending on the particle size, an entirely.
- The particle size to be used is determined by the gate diameter,
but the use of a slightly larger particle size, H54 (50 mesh)
is recommended for greater effectiveness and economy.
- The mixing ration of Diamond Piece to plastics depends on
the thickness or application of the product being finished.
The standard ratio, however, is about 1.2% (by weight) to the
resin.
